Smaller 8 seats and under limos must be registered with their local council and the larger limousines 9 seats and over such as Hummers, Navigators, Excursions and party Buses should be registered with VOSA. There is the odd occasion when smaller limousines are also licensing by VOSA but all can be checked out by one simple phone call to the local council or VOSA, and should you come across an illegal operator report them, you would if you got into an illegal minicab we are no different.
